My configuration:
CPU: FX-6100 (with stock fan)
Mobo: Gigabyte GA-78LMT-USB3 (http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16813128565&nm_mc=AFC-C8Junction&cm_mmc=AFC-C8Junction-_-na-_-na-_-na&cm_sp=&AID=10446076&PID=3938566&SID=)
RAM: 2x2GB 1333Mhz DDR3
GPU: AMD Radeon 7850 2GB
Some Mid Tower Case
DVD Drive
1 TB HDD Wester Digital

I Want to overclock my FX 6100 as much as I can safely do on the stock cooler
Then Later on(and if the max limit on stock cooler is less than 3.6 Ghz) then I want to Buy a new cooler and thermal Paste. i live In India and will be buying from the local market. although the prices of the local market and online prices at flipkart/newegg are nearly the same (most of the time flipkart is more expensive). I want a good cooler in 38-40$ and the best thermal paste on 5-8$. any good guide/suggestions??

Just like to recommend that instead of just increasing the multiplier, use Gigabytes, Easy Tune or AMD's Overdrive software to overclock your CPU. The software will increase the Vcore, Bus and multiplier more evenly so you will get a safer, higher overclock. Beyond that you can always increase the values manually in their software. The Cooler Master Hyper 212 EVO is the most popular cooler (approx $35) and Artic Silver 5 ($8) is the standard paste most use, but many are fine, your splitting hairs with different thermal paste brands. Proper application is probably more important.
