No. Sometimes with new processors you would have to update the bios. I doubt you'll have to do that.
One thing which I'm sure you are aware of, the 3770k will boast little to no performance increase in gaming over the 3570k. Unless you are doing massive video rendering, graphic creation, or VMs, you are wasting your money.
I don't think this is a wise upgrade. But if you are set on upgrading, I'll send you my address for that 3570k.
