I am going to build my first gaming pc so I want to know wich motherboard is better suited for gaming.

My other components:
Cpu: i5 3570k
Gpu: Gtx 670 ftw
Ram: 12GB Corsair vengeance
Power Suply: Corsair CX 750M

They are both good motherboards. Get whichever is cheaper or whichever appeals to you the most. They both have similar features. The MSI one has all the important components, even though the ASRock Z77 Extreme4 has more. But you probably won't ever use all of them. Though, the MSI one has better build quality. It feels very sturdy. The ASRock one has better overclocking capability.
