Which motherboard for my new build?

Hey guys. It has come down to a couple of motherboards for my next build. I'm making a high end rig, of course, so I'm looking for a good motherboard. There's a couple I have come across and I'm not sure which one to pick so, what do you all think? I'm looking for one with a good amount of features. I'll look into other peoples offers from different sites if you guys have anything else from another site.

You recommend that over the Crosshair? I know price doesn't always mean performance, but the crosshair seems to be well known.

Edit: I should add that price does matter somewhat with my build. The less I pay for one part, the more I'll put into another.

Alright. The sabertooth it is. I'm likely to pair it up with a Cooler Master Stormer Stryker case, so it should have a nice, futuristic and molded feel. ;)
