Computer won't display my second screen at all

Hello I'm trying to get my second screen to come up and my computer doesn't even show that i have a second monitor hooked up ive installed all the new drivers that i could i need to find out why i can't get my second monitor show up in the screen resolution

Do you have screen #1 on the onboard GPU output and screen #2 on a PCI-E GPU?

are both monitors vga? are you using any type of adapter? have you already tried pressing the windows key + p at the same time and selected extended. are you using onboard graphics or a graphics card.

I Do have an adapter that is the dvi to vga havent had any problems untill now and i was using a graphics card but now im using only onboard graphics

And i only have display 1 on the screen resolution it won't show the #2 at all
