It's about time for me to upgrade to a new computer and I'm hoping to be able to play the next Total War game at an enjoyable level of settings (any game for that matter). Being as close to the recommended specs as possible would be ideal.

Early recommended specs for the game itself; CPU: 2nd Generation Intel Core i5 processor or greater, RAM: 2GB RAM (XP), 4GB RAM (Vista/ Windows 7/Windows 8), Graphics Card: 1024 MB DirectX 11 compatible graphics card, and Hard Drive: 30GB free hard disk space

Approximate Purchase Date: Very soon (within the next couple weeks)

Budget Range: $650 - $800

System Usage from Most to Least Important: Gaming

Are you buying a monitor: No

Do you need to buy OS: No

Preferred Website(s) for Parts: Doesn't matter

Location: City, State/Region - Denver Area, Colorado

Parts Preferences: Whatever works best

Overclocking: Maybe - I really don't know too much about overclocking.

SLI or Crossfire: Maybe, same as above

And Most Importantly, Why Are You Upgrading: Wanting to play games that I enjoy that are only available on the computer (ex; Total War series)

Thanks for any help you can give! - Kevin.
