NOTE: I am going to switch the intel i5 to the intel haswell!

You'll need to change the motherboard also for Haswell.
Also, a small point, I used to buy cheaper wireless adapters. Then I had the opportunity to test a $35 adapter recently. The difference was night and day. Especially if you will be playing games, I'd recommend getting a better wireless card.
You can recover most of the cost by getting a $20 Xigmatek Gaia to cool your CPU. Frostytech found that it cools within 1C of the Hyper212 EVO, and is up to 6db quieter.
