At that price, if you get lucky, you might be able to snag an open box or refurbished 120 Hz TN monitor, which is great for gaming due to its faster refresh rate and good response times.
You can also get a 60 Hz IPS monitor which has superb color and viewing angles, though it's not as good for gaming due to slower response times.
Or you can get a 60 Hz TN monitor with faster response times but not as fluid as the 120 Hz or as nice a picture as the IPS.
