i got a Xigmatek Mid-ATX Tower Case ASGARD 381 (Orange) case and i would like to know the 4 best places to put 4.72" x 4.72" (120mm) Case Fan w/3-Pin Connector DC 12V, 0.20a i have a HDE® 3.5" Bay Panel Fan Speed Controller

Cooler Master Hyper 212 EVO -
intel i 5 3570k but i may just hold out for the 4th generation
ice q radeon 7950
as rock z77 extreme4 motherboard
