High End-ish Gaming PC lagging

Hello Toms Hardware, today I am at a loss.
I have tried playing many games: Crysis 3, Max Payne 3, etc. and my Computer is lagging like crazy. Before I upgraded my PSU and CPU, I had 35 FPS on Crysis, now I have 10. I tested my CPU, and my RAM, and they are both working properly.

My specs:
7970 Vapor-x 3GB (3.5 Beta Driver)
AMD 8350 OC'd to 4.5 GHz
1333 Ram
HX850 PSU

No, when I play games, I make sure that nothing else is running (except Music of course). Also, I was just playing BF3, and had above 70 fps the entire time. I tried Crysis 3, and I still had horrible frames. I'm going to go to 13.4, and if that doesn't work, I'll reinstall Windows.

Thats what happens when I play Crysis 3 too...
I got rid of the beta drivers to see if anything worked
and it worked for me.

You should try that

I used to get 9 fps when i downloaded the beta drivers now I get about 30-39
