Hey I just got a new system and it turns on fine without the system panel (on off button etc) plugged into the board. But when they are plugged in it doesnt turn on.

I have it plugged in exactly like this

When I power the system on with them plugged it (power it on by flipping switch on the power supply)
The fans (including the cpu fan start then turn off about 2 seconds later)

Any ideas?

(again without them plugged in I got to the bios just fine)

Remove all case switches attached to the motherboard. Then plug the power switch into the power switch the last two pins on the top row of the F_PANEL. Do not plug in any other case switches. We'll do it one at a time. Hit the power button on the case. Does it work so far?
