I got you the 7870 instead because its got 4 free games bundled with it if you buy soon. I just added a mousecos it fits your budget. And also because the naga is badass lol. You dont have to get the mouse. Itll save you more money. Good luck on the upgrade! :)

Your CPU is still good for gaming.
There is no need for overclocking but with the new CPU cooler you have it should run cooler.
