I am building a pc for the first time i have bought the items but i havent got the mounting screws with the motherboard (mainboard:MSI 970A-G46) and can this motherboard handle 6 fans including 2 cpu cooler fans and 4 cabinet fans.
And are the mounting screws free with the cabinet.I am using a cooler master 431 plus cabinet.
I am using a Corsair VS650 650 Watt PSU.

You can only have the same fans with identical voltage/amp on the same cable line from the PSU and no other devices attached like hdd or cd/dvd drive.

If the video card requires an 8-pin connector but your PSU does not provide one then you really need to get a PSU that does provide it otherwise you may experience jitters, lagging, and possibly freeze ups. If you are going to go this route, regardless, then you cannot have other devices on the same cable line from PSU as to the video card. However, your PSU DOES provide the proper cable connectors, use them, really, and avoid the molex connectors whenever possible.

The mounting screws and stand offs come with the case yes. As for fan headers on the motherboard well that board only has 1 CPU fan header and 2 case fan headers so no but with the correct adapters you can run the case fans from the PSU molex plugs.

You only need as many fans as there are connectors on the motherboard. Adding extra fans will draw more power from the PSU and you might risk overdrawing on a cable line with added adapters causing a shortfall on the 12v rail, or a fan not operating at all, the one that you'd really want to work more than the others, most likely. If you have any fans using the same cable line as your hdd, the hdd will suffer with lagging and freezing while it waits for its turn of the power source.

Your Rig would have to be a rather humungous system to need so many fans, something like 3 video cards, 64gb of ram, 4 hdd's, etc.. and then you'd need a 1200 watt PSU to supply power for all of that.

Just stick with the standard setup and you won't go wrong. Make sure the case is big enough to allow airflow and ventilation, don't have it in a tight corner or under a table surrounded by furniture or stuff, and keep away from areas that might attract dust.

You don't need 3 intake fans, one is more than enough, If the Pc case is on the floor and the intake fan is close to the bottom of the case then you will be subjected to a lot of dust intake and pet hair if you have any pets.

are the converters costly?
i am having a very congested area to keep my pc that's why i am installing more fans for the cooling.

Fan intake and exhaust plan
Front 120mm fan-Intake

My cabinet is covered by wood on all the sides except the front side where my pc screen is facing towards me.
And i have got 2 sata3 cables with my motherboard are they 6.0gbps or the Sata3 says it all.

Wood on the sides is not such a matter (allowances of 1 inch each side) as what is behind it. If it is total enclosed on 3 sides then you will have to find an alternative position for the PC, you cannot have it in an enclosed area at all otherwise all you are getting as intake air is the hot air being exhausted from the out-take fans. Otherwise, you wil have to remove the back panel of the desk, holes in the back panel is not good enough to allow proper ventilation and air flow.

i have fitted my cpu and all, when i was fitting the gpu i found the molex to 8 pin converters are provided with the gpu and i have got 2x8 pin power connector on the psu.It doesnt matter to connect with molex or directly with 8pin comnnector..... DOES IT??????
