Can this motherboard work with the G2020 & GTX 560 SE?

Here's the CPU:

http://ark.intel.com/products/71070

Here's the video card:

http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16814187203

Here's the motherboard:

http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16813135343&nm_mc=AFC-C8Junction&cm_mmc=AFC-C8Junction-_-na-_-na-_-na&cm_sp=&AID=10446076&PID=3938566&SID=

The reason why I ask is because on pcpartpicker.com says "Warning: These parts have potential issues/incompatibilities."

well they should be compatible as the mobo has a pcie X16 slot, though the CPU might be a bottleneck. and by the way whats your PSU?

Well, it doesn't give that "error" when I don't have the PSU in the list (It goes by what you have, and it tries to see if the combination you have is compatible or not) but here's the PSU:

oh now i get it, your pentium is 3rd gen intel core while H61 chipset/mobo is for 2nd gen intel core.thats why your getting the error, this mobo will work but you need to update your bios. but whats your budget?

My budget is somewhere around $325-350. How would I be able to update my bios if I can't use that CPU?

Yes, I am planning on making this a gaming rig. Here's the other thread I made, which includes quite a bit of info on it:

I was thinking about getting a new case, but probably not. I'm planning on using my current case and HDD.
  9. http://pcpartpicker.com/user/thasan1/saved/1DKA a better build with a much more powerful Gfx, though doesn't include a HDD, case and has 4 Gb of ram. and is about 30$ more than your 350$ limit.

EDIT: your gonna need a 500watt psu to run radeon HD 7790 so i have added a 500W PSU just to be on the safe side, if its too much for your pocket you can go with CX430.

Thank you for your recommendation. :)
