Hey guys, just got the CM Scout 2 and hooked up all my after market case fans. Super cooled case, but the fans RPM is too high and I'm meaning to adjust it. I know I can adjust it via BIOS, but I need a splitter 3 pin to plug into my motherboard. So long as the 3 pin is on my motherboard, and every single fan is connected in some sort of way to that 3 pin on the motherboard (7 case fans), I'll be able to adjust each one, yes or no? Thank you :)

What type of motherboard (manufacturer/model) do you have? 3-pin splitters work well, but make sure your mobo header(s) can handle the extra load. Personally, I would only connect one splitter per mobo fan connector (assuming they can power 2 fans). I got my splitter from Microcenter but just about any computer parts store (brick & mortar or e-tailor) should carry them. But I agree with killerhurtalot, you would be better off buying a bay fan controller to give you the ability to control the fans on the fly (real-time), rather than having to reboot to change BIOS fan settings.......... gets old quick! (lol)
