Overclocked my amd fx6100 to 3.9ghz, was running prime95, 30 min in the third core stopped and it said:
FATAL ERROR: Rounding was 0.5, expected less than 0.4

MY temps were at 48 49c so it was not overheating at all

Solution

Pinhedd is correct. Bump your core voltage up a notch, and re-run. Keep doing that until it's stable and will run for 12+ hours to ensure stability. Make sure to use small fft's when running prime95. This will stress only CPU and cache, which is what you want initially. Once you have a stable CPU, you can run memtest to ensure your memory is running okay too.

Not sure why your telling OP not to use prime95. Prime is the basis for long term stability testing. IBT is good for short burn tests, but does not indicate long term stability. To the OP if you research CPU stability testing most everyone will tell you to use Prime95 as opposed to other testing programs (OCCT is another option) That alongside memtest to test the memory.

Use coretemp to monitor your temps as other temperature monitors do not report accurate temps on the cores.
