Unreal Tournament Collection Steam Sale $10, anyone still play UT3 online?

I'm buying this now as I have never played UT3 and its cheap and you get all the Unreal games. Just wondering what the online play is like? does anyone still play it? Any servers still online? Well hopefully the sale sparks some interest.....

I havent actually played UT3 online (i sort of forgot this game actually existed) but i know the original unreal was the second hardest game skill-wise i ever played, even thou i was very good at it.

Probably not too many play it and those who do are veeeeery good at it.

Chekc out UT3's hub page on steam. That'll give you a better idea. I bought the package as well and tried UT3 3 days ago. There were at least 5 servers all of Which had ~6 players in them. By the time I left, the server I was in had 9 players. I didn't like the gameplay. It was a really hard game but that was probably due to the fact that it was my first time playing it. But then again, there is no point in developing skill in a game with such a low pop. I hear that UT2004 and 2003 are quite active. I haven't checked it out yet but from what I can remember 2003 was really fun. From what I've heard on steam, people prefer Ut2004 over UT3 which probably means that there are more players in 2004 than in UT3.

I was going to check it out myself but I'm in the process of reinstalling windows on my machine therefore I uninstalled all of the games.
