Graphics card Suggestion

I want to upgrade my present Graphics card (Zotac 9600 gt/512 mb ddriii) to a DX 11 graphics card. My present configuration is: ASUS M5A97 BMD , AMD 970 (3.5 Ghz CPU), Kingston 8 GB/1333 WD 500 GB Black Hdd for OS & Program, 1 TB Green HDD for Backup, ASUS 9600 GT, 512 MB DDR III, CM 550 w PSU
My budget is +- $170. I prefer Nvidia for cuda.
