Can I Sli or CF on Foxconn H67mp-v?

My mobo have 2 pcie 2.0 x16 lanes, but one of them only run on x4. I'm considering buying another card to sli. Tell me if i can or cannot? how will the performance be?

I would not do SLI on it. One of the PCI-E 2.0 channels is only X4 speed.... it would severely cripple any benefits you would get from SLI...

but i heard people said that the performance drop was unnoticeable. is it true?

Depending on what cards you're going to SLI. If you're SLI with a middle/high end current gen card (GTX 660 or above) you'll definitely take a good hit. anything below should be fine.

so if im going to sli 2 650ti BE or CF 2 7850 2g, it should be fine. :)

I wouldn't even try to risk it :/  I would prefer just getting one more powerful card rather than doing SLI....
