Hi. I need PSU opinions because I'm about to upgrade. This is what I have:

CM HAF922 Case
Biostar TZ68A+ Mobo
Intel 2500k (factory)
Radeon HD6950 2GB (factory)
2x 4GB DDR3 RAM
1x HDD
1x SSD
1x DVD-RW
1x PCI 7.1 sound card

And a XFX PRO650W (Bronze+)

I'm looking to:

- Add a second HD6950
- Add another 2x 4GB DDR3 RAM
- Add a second HDD
- Add a Blu-Ray drive

I've thrown everything into a PS calculator and it (the 650W PSU) appears to check out. However my PC sees extensive use (and I've had it for a year) and I plan to do more drastic upgrades in the future. As such, I have no qualms about upgrading to a more powerful PSU if need be. All thoughts welcome, and thanks in advance. I have my eye on the Corsair HX750.

Seems like your all over it. I would just recommend you make sure you have enough 4 pin peripheral cables available, 8 on the 750 Watt model and 12 on the 850 Watt model.

Personally I would go with the 850 Watt PSU for around $30 more. The 750 will be fine its just the safety factor/the extra connectors and the fact that the efficiency curve is a little fuller on the 850.

Just a suggestion.
