It gets BSOD after about 10 mins of trying to shut down, it cannot install any graphics drivers (the progress bar just stops), razer synapse won't install, logitech software tells me to unplug my g930 for installation; its unplugged but it still won't let me proceed. I can't uninstall any program; it just freezes, steam games would work at the first time setup thing. Nothing is working properly and is pissing me off so bad! (I was thinking about re-installing windows 7, but I'm not sure about it)
Specs:

EVGA GTX 680
Asus P8Z77-V motherboard
Corsair vengance 8gb RAM

Download Ccleaner. Run the cleaner. Then run Ccleaner’s Registry fix. Download Malwarebytes. Run a full scan. Shut down the computer. Boot it up. This might help.

If all else fails just backup your most important files and do a complete reinstallation of windows, formatting the hard drive on the way. I like doing this every now and then anyway - consider it like an oil change for your car. At least this way you will know if the problem is hardware or software based. It could be a problem with your SSD (my Corsair SSD suddenly stopped installing and running programs properly once and this fixed it. I find that they can be a bit temperamental sometimes...)

I've just found for somethings (NOT ALL THINGS) that it takes really long to do it. I am very inpatient when it come computers, so I just stopped it before it could finish. But it still should not take like 15-30 mins to uninstall/install things
