Kingston Hyper X Beast compatible?

Hi everyone!

I have been browsing the internet, and have found 32gb (4 x 8gb) Kingston Hyper X Beast 1866mhz RAM for a very reasonable price of £160 (Ive seen 32gb going for around £240 average!!!). It has been previously used, but only for a couple of hours for validation, and it was a part of a 64gb kit, but the store has split it up into two kits. I want to purchase this, however I want to make sure that it's comaptible with my rig and that its any good.

You can find my system specs listed in my signature below, so if you could tell me whether it is compatible or not I would appreciate it!

And if anyone who is using/has previously used Kingston Hyper X Beast RAM could give me thier views on the modules, this would be great!

FYI, I am currently running 16gb (4 x 4gb) 1600mhz Corsair Vengeance RAM.

NOTE:- Please refrain from saying anything along the lines of, 'you dont need 32gb', or 'dont get kingston'. If its compatible, im getting it. simple. =) It's too good a price to pass up anyway!

What version of Windows are you using? Not all versions can use more than 16GB of memory (you need Pro or higher for +16GB).

The Kingston memory will work in your system, the increase in overall performance will be small (if at all noticeable) in terms of general use.

Good luck!

Thanks for your reply! Most appreciated!

I thought it would be compatible, I just wanted to double check.
I am running Windows 8 Pro, so no problem there. I knew beforehand that you are limited to 16gb unless you have Pro or above, but thanks anyway!
I know that RAM doesn't have a noticeable effect on performance, apart from maybe boot times and loading times, but this RAM is far better than what I have at the minute. I only have Vengeance at te minute as when I built my rig I fell short of cash on the RAM. Derp. and I needed to find a good cheap 16gb kit. I am upgrading to 32gb however, as I found that 16gb isnt enough! Lol. I do alot of Photoshop and CAD design, most of the time I'll ahve them both running at the same time, and I regularly have 10-15 windows open at once.
