graphics card overkill?

ok the pc im building is mostly for watching movies in 1080 i was going to get 2x gtx 650 ti boost but i think that would be overkill since im not going to do a lot of gaming would a gtx 650 ti do the job here is the list of parts open to suggestions im planing on doing a little oc maybe 4.2 max

Actually if you aren't doing any serious gaming you don't need a GPU - can use the one integrated with the CPU. You also don't need a CPU cooler or a K model processor - can get a 3470 (maybe lower) and use the stock cooler. Don't need more than 4GB of RAM and shouldn't spend more than about $90 on an H77 mobo. OR, go with an AMD mobo and an APU.

Again, that's all if you aren't playing new high end games.

720p is more demanding than 1080i lol.

i think he meant he was gonna watch movies in 1080p and he was getting 2 650ti.
