What is better, 2 GTX 650ti's in SLI with 2 gb each, or one 660ti with 3 gb?

650ti sli will have higher preformance overall in most games then a single 660ti, but in games with poor or no sli suppourt the 660ti will preform better. Usually sli profiles do get updated making games with no suppourt run better then single gpu configurations but overall the 650ti sli will get better preformance

The GTX650Ti does not support SLI (has no SLI connector). You'll need to get GTX650Ti Boost Edition cards in order to get SLI. In games that support SLI, the pair would significantly outperform a GTX660Ti.
A single GTX650Ti (even the non-Boost) is stronger than a HD5770, and will offer visibly better frame rates and/or settings.
