Random black screen and disc check why is this happening?

This exact picture comes up on my laptop. I'm using a Toshiba Satellite with an ocz ssd. Things have been working fine since I got the new ssd back in November, and now this randomly pops up. I have no idea why. Please help

Yes as stated a firmware update can help but considering its new issue and this was not a problem before it could be the drive coming to its inevitable end. Leaving the ssd on with power and no sata cable connected overnight followed by a reformat has been known to help resolve SSD issues from overtime use
