Hi,
I faced a problem where my explorer.exe wasnt working when i booted the laptop.
I tried going into safe mode the normal way but that wasnt working, so i used msconfig to boot into safe mode
But once in safe mode the screen is blank except for the power option and the ease of access option.
Please help me.
I have the windows 8. iso file but it is in the laptop. Any chance i can recover that file atleast?
