I am now in the market to finally build a new machine but I'm on a budget

Approximate Purchase Date: this week

Budget Range: $800 or less including O.S. and Shipping

System Usage from Most to Least Important: gaming, surfing the web, online school, watching movies

Are you buying a monitor: no if my current one can still be used

Parts to Upgrade: everything in the mid tower

Do you need to buy OS: Yes

Preferred Website(s) for Parts: Usually use Newegg and Amazon but if there are other good sites with good customer service I can use them instead. But I would like to order everything from one place.

Location: City, State/Region, Country - Orlando/Tampa Fl.

Parts Preferences: by brand or type I'm not a fan boy of any, what ever give me the performance for my money I'm happy with.

Overclocking: Maybe but doubtful

SLI or Crossfire: no

Your Monitor Resolution: max Resolution is 1920x1080 at 60 hz

Additional Comments: My current pc has gotten very loud and blow out allot of heat out of the front fan. I want a quiet Pc that stays cool with no lighted fans etc. I mainly play MMO's like Neverwinter, Star Trek online , and Defiance at the moment, I would like to run those with max settings. I also play some fps from time to time and RTS. I would like to be able to at least run those on medium to high settings not Ultra. Last Fps type game I played on the Pc was Tomb Raider and I was able to run it pretty much maxed out with my current system and Bio Shock I was able to run on medium.

And Most Importantly, Why Are You Upgrading: System is old and getting wore out

Thanks in advance

Hi there
I believe you can get by with a motherboard (any motherboard with a H75 chipset will do if you don't plan on overclocking), i5 3350p CPU, a 7870XT GPU, and 2x4 Gb of DDR3 RAM. The rest should work just fine still. For a truly silent PC, add an SSD, preferably a 250 Gb one - just leave your old HDD as is and transfer whatever files you find you can't do without.
Have fun :)
Edit to add: Marco is wise - and FAST

Thanks but this Pc will be going to a family member as a gift since all he does is play spades on pogo and his Dell died on him a couple weeks ago. So I will be formatting this one and giving it away.
