Hello all,
I am planning on assembling a pc, mainly for gaming and softwares like cs5, max, maya, fusion, zbrush, final cut, etc. Focusing more on performance that quality. I am a bit new and would really appreciate any advice on the configuration that I have chosen, so far.

Processor : AMD FX8350/FX4100
Mobo : ASUS M5A97 / MSI 970A-G46
Ram : Corsair Vengence ddr3 8gb
PSU : Cooler Master Thunder 600W
HDD : Seagate Barracuda 2TB
GPU : ATI HD 7770 OC Edition 1GB GDDR5.

I am also open to Intel setups, but a bit under-informed. Any components advice to make the system smoother and more efficient. My budget is a bit stretchable :) . Please advise.
Thanks.

Okay people. After major confusions and descisions, this is the setup I have chosen.
= AMD FX-8350 4.0GHz
= ASRock 970/990 Extreme-4
= CoolerMaster Hyper 212 Evo 82.9 cfm sleeve bearing
= CoolerMaster HAF 912 Combat Mid Tower
= Corsair Vengeance DDR3 1600 4gb/8gb
= Seasonic S12II 620W
= Seagate Barracuda 2TB hard drive

Any suggestions is appreciated. Am still a bit stuck with the gpu. Have selected a few. Would be greatful if they are sorted by value and useability :
1. Sapphire AMD/ATI HD 7870 hdmi OC edition 2GB DDR5
2. Asus Nvidia GeForce GTX 660 2GB DDR5
(Not really keen on the next options but wouldnt mind if its worth it.)
3. Asus Nvidia GTX660 TI DC2T 2GD5 2GB DDR5
4. Sapphire HD 7950 OC Edition 3GB DDR5
5. Zotac Nvidia GTX 660 Ti Boost 2GB DDR5

A bit of guidance is really appreciated. And also if you can suggest a good moniter for me. Thanx so much.
Wish me luck. Cheers.
