Please if you are going to try to help at least be helpful. H57 is the mobo chipset, he is asking for gpu. GMA 4500 is core 2 and he has westmere i3 or i5. You actually do not have a gma series, you have the intel hd graphics. There is no model number, they simply called it hd graphics, although sometimes it'll say (clarkdale), the cpu architecture's name.
