Wired>Wireless... always
Games dont rely as much on line speed as they do on latency. You could have 100mbt connection, but if your latency or jitter is high you will have a poor experience

As the last person said, wire connection is always better than wireless in gaming. But that doesn't mean it won't work. Just not as good as wire. But if you have a 30 Mb/s connection, it's pretty fast. What about the upload speeds? That is a huge factor as well.
