Blue screen of death and many random crashes

I'm running windows 7 my computer constantly recieves random crash errors such as audiog something error and shockwave constantly crashes i randomly blue screen on occasion really having alot of issues i need help

You do need to list yor OS version, and all of the hardware make & model, and PSU and motherboard to give a better analsis of the situation.

It might be just a matter of the wrong verison audio driver, and that you'd need to update the shockwave or Adobe Flash video verison.
What version browser are you using?

OS is windows 7 64 bit
Asus m4a79xtd evo am3 amd 790x atx amd motherboard
Radeon HD 5750 1gb videocard
AMD Phenom II X4 955 Black edition 3.2ghz quad core
4 gigs of ddr3 1600
i'm using google chrome and it says shockwave crashes CONSTANTLY lol

Thanks so much man for all the help had one other problem though with my bios
Is there any free software that will update my bios for me?

Just go to :
http://www.asus.com/au/Motherboards/M4A79XTD_EVO/#support_Download_30
it will show you latest Bios. Its doubtful your bios will be updated again after all its not been touched since 2010
