It depends on the processor you have. For comparison, My other machine has an FX-6300 @ 4.0GHZ and used to have one of the 2GB GTX 660 OC cards in my sig below. I scored 4395 on Fire Strike with that single card.

Hahahaha funny story... I also run a 2500K @ 4.0Ghz!!! So yeah then I should be looking for a better score right??? I mean our 2500K`s are alot better than the FX-6300???

BTW: can you see my system specs in my threads and if not how do I get it there???

Yeah, if you have an i5-2500k feeding your GTX 660 you should get a bit better than that. I never ran my i5 with just one GTX 660 OC card. Maybe I'll turn off SLI and run Fire Strike.

If you want to have your sys specs listed in your sig, go to your Profile/Forum Settings/Profile

Update: Just ran Fire Strike with SLI disabled. Got 4564 with the system in my sig (single card only)
With SLI enabled I get 7281.

I suppose the board could be holding you back a tad. I think that is only a 4+1+1 power phase board. If you are getting your 4.0GHZ by increasing the voltage, try setting the voltage to default and just upping the multiplier to 40. See if anything changes in your Fire Strike bench.

You could download/run 3DMark Vantage. It gives both a GPU and a CPU score. That way, we could compare our CPU/GPU scores to see which one is lagging.

Also, (and this is just a hair-brained theory on my part), I always wondered if a Z77 board being optimized for Ivy Bridge processors is a bit UN-optimized for Sandy Bridge.

3D Mark Vantage: Performance Test - Overall = 30746
- GPU = 25915
- CPU = 69760
High Test - Overall = 20561
- GPU = 18367
- CPU = 63630
I have 3D Mark 06 and 11 scores to... I love to run benchmarks!!!
I dont use voltages to overclock, just the multiplier but I though once that maybe the Z77 board runs better with IB instead of SB...

Something's not right here. I'm running 3DMarkVantage ver. 1.1.0.0 at default (performance) settings with a single GTX 660 OC and i5-2500k @ 4.0GHZ. My scores are:
P24015
Graphics Score: 25226
CPU Score: 20993

And, what is High Test? Same benchmark, but with the settings at High instead of Performance?

I run the 1.0.1 build but I dont think there should be such a very big diff... High is also a preset like the default performance but more demanding...

Are you going to upgrade to the one I'm running and test again, or just call it quits?
