I fixed the link, and I would look at the manual but I am new to pc building and don't understand how to tell if the motherboard supports a gpu and if so how many? I think it has to do with the number of pcle or pcl slots?

The top line says (dual x16 or x16/x8/x8)

To me this means 2 cards at x16

OR 3 cards at 16/8/8

Those are the speeds the cards will be running at. The 16 and the 8 speeds are the max that the cards will do in those slots. The board & CPU will throttle the speeds as needed or required. I do not think that you can get more than 16 total so the cards will be running at slower speeds. But there will still be an increase in performance with each additional card.
