specs looks good, but you can wait for Geforce GTX 770, it may cost the same as GTX 680 and may outperform it. alternatively you can go with 7970Ghz editon or 7970 and OC it to Ghz edition. i wouldn't recommend getting a GF GTX 680 now.also insted of Corsair CX 750 go with TX 650, CX is an entry level PSU while TX is an enthusiasist
level PSU so it will give you much better reliability and its about 10$ cheaper than the CX 750.

Yes u r right.
Wait for new gtx 700 series GPUs and also get lower wattage & more efficient PSU like TX 650W PSU is much more for ur rig, but u can choose this if u don't want to sli or crossfire in future.
