the PCIe 16x is kind of glitchy , I put my HD 6870 in the 4x slot, no more problems.

Will my motherboard throttle up the 4x slot? PC Wizard says "PCI Express: @ x4 (max. x16)".

Also should I try to get an RMA, I believe it is still under warranty.
