Hi guys, i got an old problem that a lot of people have which is the usb mouse suddenly disconnects and then you get the error message. This is the second time I've had this problem for the first time i had i just bought a new mouse but now since it has happened a second time i really just want a permanent fix to the problem for i really do not want to spend money on a mouse every few months.
I checked the internet for a fix and many people said to shut down computer then take out power supply so i tried that and it worked.... for only 15 minutes, and then it just broke down again. I know its also not the wire for I tested the mouse by doing the fix then leaving the mouse still for a while and then it disconnected after i while. So its definitely not the wire which is the problem. The light also comes on for while then turns off then turns back on randomly even if i leave the mouse still.
Please help for i really do not want to waste money on another mouse.
