I found an offer for an Asus Geforce GTX 650 1GB for £40! It's a great deal I know and I am very lucky to have found it but will it fit my motherboard and how will it fare with my 300W Power Supply?

Here are some pictures of my motherboard: http://flic.kr/ps/2t4aLu

My system Specs are: HP p6300uk
AMD Athlon II X2 215 (Dual core, 2.7 GHz)
3.00GB Ram (apparently only 2.75GB is usable)
Nvidia Geforce 6150 SE Nforce 430 256mb - Terrible I know!
WD 500GB HDD
300W PSU

Thanks a lot guys! :)

Solution
It's should work with the MB - it appears to be an Asus M2N68-LA. But I really wouldn't want to run it on that PSU.

FYI: Suggest you clean your CPU cooler - that is a lot of dust.
The rating on a PSU matters little. What matters is how much power it can actually supply, and on what rail. After this long, the caps will be degrading, and it's likely a 3V3/5V heavy design.

Suggest anything from the brands in my sig about 380W+.

And clean the heatsink - it looks like somebody carpeted your cooler.

What does to carpet a cooler mean?
