I have just got a new graphics card, the Radeon HD 7870 and when I put it in and booted my PC up it refused to even get to bios. I am certain is isn't a PSU problem as I just got a new 750W corsair PSU.

Does anyone know what the problem could be? Any help would be great, thanks!

1)Remove the gpu , plug monitor cable to mobo's onboard output

2)start pc - go to device manager - display - uninstall whichever drivers is

3)restart pc - put gpu back

or

1)go to bios settings - set primary display device to PEG OR PCI E or you have an Option "Primary Graphics Adapter" and you want to set it to PCIE->PCI->IGP.

or

1)Update your bios to latest

or

1)make sure you have connected vga or dvi cable from GPU to monitor not onboard on mobo to monitor

or make sure you have connected 6 pin connectorrs fromm psu to gpu
