My friend has a Acer laptop with Windows 8 (Pre installed).
When he tries to start it, it says: Insert boot cd or something and he cannot pass it.
I am wondering how you can get up a command prompt in that stage to type in rstrui.exe to possibly get it back to some point if a point is made.
