Could this PSU provide around 700ish+ watts?

First read here:- http://www.wikihow.com/Buy-a-Power-Supply. Second go for a branded one e.g. Corsair, Thermaltake, Cooler Master etc..... they give you value for money. Don't go with the cheaper one or you will be pulling your hair soon. Good Luck.

I rather choice the Corsair one, that´s a brand i actually know. You should look at a brand, active PFC, amperes on the 12v rail (more, better) certification, and all the security options as over voltage protection. I will prefer the corsair one because it´s a well known brand for reliability and power. The other one, looks "good" but still it doesnt get me. Not always more watts are better.
