Hello all.

Recently I was looking through the startup tab of MSCONFIG looking for processes to disable to speed up my boot time, and I came across these.

When I first saw them, I thought the one with random letters might be a virus. and though sys32 and taskhosts would start with the OS. So I looked at the locations and knew something wasn't right. Does anyone know what these are? Are they viruses?

Thanks
Quincy

 Look at his forum user name. Then Look at the CPUGeek path its clearly his username on his comp.
Back to the OP its not part of any vanilla software so feel free to terminate it. It will probably be a application youve installed whats in your startup folder?

EDIT: Haaaaa. I feel stupid. That's what i get for not looking closely enough. Ignore this post.

I don't know what CPUGeek is, but i know it's not an essential process. If you don't know what it is, you obviously don't use it or need it. Remove them. Scan the folder they're in with an Antivirus if you want.
