Hey everyone I am building a new setup but I need to choose a graphics card. Here is my proposed build:

CPU Intel Core i7-3770K 3.5GHz Quad-Core Processor

CPU Fan Cooler Master Hyper 212 EVO 82.9 CFM Sleeve Bearing CPU Cooler

Mobo Asus SABERTOOTH Z77 ATX LGA1155 Motherboard

RAM Corsair Vengeance 8GB (4 x 2GB) DDR3-1600 Memory

Storage

1. boot drive Mushkin Chronos 120GB 2.5" Solid State Disk

2. secondary drive Sandisk 64GB 2.5" Solid State Disk

3. main drive (still looking for 500 GB to 1TB)

Case Silverstone PS06B-W ATX Mid Tower Case

PSU SeaSonic G 550W 80 PLUS Gold Certified ATX12V / EPS12V Power Supply

Optical drive Asus DRW-24B1ST/BLK/B/AS DVD/CD Writer

OS Microsoft Windows 7 Home Premium SP1 (OEM) (64-bit)

So I was thinking of getting the Sapphire Radeon HD 7950 3GB Video Card but it is quite expensive at $310, so I thought maybe a 7850 or a 650 ti would also do the trick but just wanted to ask. It would be best if the card was around $150 with a limit of $200. Please take into consideration all aspects of the card except the noise level (Case will be beside desk). And please tell my why the card you choose is a good card! Also If you could give me any thoughts you have on my build that would be appreciated as I have not bought any pieces yet so there's still time to change.
Thanks to all in advance.

I really like the look of this card and thanks for the link!! Do you have one of these or know someone who does? Just for a first hand experience review :)

No, but anything with an Asus' DCUII strapped onto it is guaranteed to look beastly and run extremely silent, if nothing else. You can look up a review online. Think Techpowerup has one for this model.

What are you going to be using this computer for? You might consider getting a cheaper motherboard and look at something like a 660ti if you will be using this for gaming.

Yeah actually I would wait for the Haswell chips to hit the market in like a week or two and then get Z87 motherboard and i7 4770K. I think the release date is actually June 3rd. If you're building a gaming-oriented rig, then I'd advice you to get an i5 instead with a beefier GPU.

Also any particular reason why you have 2 SSDs selected? I think it would be more cost efficient to just get a single 120-240GB SSD with a 1TB Seagate Barracuda mechanical HDD.
