Im getting a 360mm radiator and was wondering what fan sizes to get? My case can hold two 200mm fans, or three 120mm fans. Since it comes with one 200mm fan, i was thinking about just getting a second 200mm fan and saving some money, but logic tells me to get the same size fan as radiator to help force the air through the radiator.

I guess another option is to have two 200mm fan on the top of the case extracting air, and getting three 120mm fans to push the air through the radiator. But that starts to add noise in the case which i am trying to avoid.

Hmmm sounds like a HAF 932 or X lol

Your second option is better. Use just the 200 and no pressure. Using a fan control withat setup would work nicely. 200's are pretty quiet even at 700rpm. The 120's just turn down for normal running, crank when needed. For 120 push fans, consider Corsair silent SP (static pressure) series. I use the high performance series and just turn down when not needed full blast for noise control

The more and more I think about it, The more that seems like what I will have to do. I was also looking into shrouds, but it doesnt look like they make any that go from 3x120mm to 2x200 :p
