Hello all,

I am planning to buy a haswell when it comes out, along with new mobo, ram and psu...

I was wonderring if I bought a EVGA supernova psu, would I be able to buy white braided Corsair cables and use them together? Or is it that for some strange reason those cables will only fit a Corsair PSU?

Thanks

Cables for modular PSU's are specific to that make/model. There is nothing strange about it at all either. EVGA modular cables are for EVGA PSU's and Corsair modular cables are for Corsair PSU's. The chances of them interconnecting are very very slim. And even if they plugged in there is no guaranty they will work at all.

so i guess the next logical question is... if i want a full modular psu with white single braided cables am I limited to corsairs ax and silverstone striders? :(

I wouldp refer not to do my own cable braiding...
