gaming PC build, budget 700-900$

Anyone have any ideas on a setup that would fit this???

Mainly want to be able to play SC2 on highest settings and WOW, and if possible i would like the case to have blue lights to match my headset/keyboard/mouse. Any help or suggestions will be greatly appreciated, thanks.
