Hi, this is my new build, I will put link to every part and say what they are, please have a look :) thanks

Motherboard:
Z77MX-D3H TH: http://www.gigabyte.com/products/product-page.aspx?pid=4281#ov
I chose this board becuase I really like to fine tune my system

CPU: i5 3470: http://ark.intel.com/products/68316/
I chose this CPU becuase it is all that I will need and I will be doing some photoshopping

RAM: Kingston Hyper X Genesis: http://www.kingston.com/en/memory/hyperx/genesis
I chose this RAM becuase I like its look and, once again, will fine tune it

SSD: Kingston 120GB: http://www.kingston.com/en/ssd/v#sv300s3
I chose this SSD becuase it is reasonably cheap

HDD: WD Blue 1TB 7200RPM: http://www.wdc.com/en/products/products.aspx?id=770
I chose this becuase its large capacity, (1TB) and reasonably cheap

Graphics Card: Nvidia GT640 2GB: http://www.geforce.com/hardware/desktop-gpus/geforce-gt640
I chose this card becuase I will be doing very little gaming and it is also reasonably cheap

Case: Thermaltake V4 Black: http://www.thermaltake.com.au/products-model.aspx?id=c_00001615

PSU: OCZ ModXtreme 600 WATT
(Future proofing with this one)

So, thanks for reading and please give me some feedback :)

also: I might overclock my RAM but not my CPU

You would be better posting a budget and uses for the computer.

The Z77 board isn't needed since you paired it with an un-overclockable chip.
How mauch Ram?
The Graphics card isn't worth buying .
The OCZ is a hit and miss for quality. since you only need 350W for this system then 600W is overkill.
