Home Theater Build Advice

Solution
If you plan on ever adding a gpu, don't get an AMD apu. Their main point is their igpu, not cpu performance. Intel shines in cpu performance, but lacks in igpu performance.

here's another build to consider, even if it's over budget a little - http://ca.pcpartpicker.com/p/1032L

it's over budget by $30, but you get intel cpu, dedicated gpu, smaller case that can hold a full size gpu, a fully modular psu (neater), and plenty of RAM.

I suggest waiting just one week for intel to have their big haswell release. they claim that their new igpu can replace entry level graphics cards. Leaks also suggest major overclocking potential if you ever consider it. If you don't care for haswell, you'll get some good deals on the ivy bridge (current)...

You can just change the country in the top right of the page =P

The best thing about this build is that if you ever did want to game on it you can spend $50 on a Gigabyte Radeon HD 6670 (http://ca.pcpartpicker.com/part/gigabyte-video-card-gvr667d31gi) and it would easily run any game on medium.
