Hello :) Im new here and im trying to build a multi monitor gaming PC. I don't really have experience overclocking and to be honest im scared but its kinda cool if i have the option to do so in the future (if the budget allows though).
GTX 780 is a very promising card for me but you guys can still recommend me a cheaper alternative for a more realistic price in this budget but minimizing the loss of gaming experience.

Approximate Purchase Date: e.g.: this week (Can't really wait for Haswell since my dad will buy me this and he is going overseas again)

Budget Range: 1500-2000 USD (Of course the lower the better but this is how high i can get, can still get higher a bit still but only if its necessary)

System Usage from Most to Least Important: Major Gaming, Some Photoshop, Some Video Editing.

Are you buying a monitor: Yes

Do you need to buy OS: No

Preferred Website(s) for Parts: Either Newegg or amazon. Preferably just one of them so i can order as a whole.

Location: City, State/Region, Country - Clifton / Carteret, New Jersey, USA

Parts Preferences: Seasonic or Corsair PSU, GTX 780 VGA

Overclocking: Maybe

SLI or Crossfire: No

Your Monitor Resolution: None yet

Additional Comments: If the budget allows, please add recommended keyboard/mice that can maximize my gaming experience. Thank you :)

If you are doing light photoshop and stuff, i5 is enough.

If you want to save money, get the 7970/GHz

Mine is almost identical to the above build but I don't recommend Sandforce drives.

Thank you for all your inputs. :)
To be honest i do like all your build especially it has alot of room for the monitors / peripherals.
I especially like g-unit's ones since it followed my preference of letting one store have it.

Additional questions would be if you guys don't mind is what is the best bang for the buck 1080p monitor you guys prefer?:) also a gaming keyboard and mouse?:)

If you do want to purchace local and not deal with mail order Microcenter will price match Newegg.
I buy local for most all of my parts and if there is a problem with a part it is over the counter exchange not wait on shipping to and from.

I'll try for a visit. Though in their site, most parts aren't available though. But they say prices of CPUs and Mobos there are really cheap.

The problem here is GTX 770 is just a few bucks cheaper than a 780. 770 is like 25,000php (roughly $590 usd) while 780 is like 28,000 ($650 usd) :( so 780 is just the option for me for optimal performance. though ill only be using a 1080p monitor. is it worth it? or should i get the 7970 instead?

If the 7970 costs less or the same as 770, i would go with it. If 770 is cheaper, go with that. 770 and 7970 are pretty close in performance.
