I have just gotten some more hdds and was moving files round when i came across some that could not be transferred.i have had this problem before when i was first making my computer. and so i just uninstalled and deleted the folders and re-installed in the correct drive. but this time around it has decided to not let me delete the files after uninstalling. t claims that i am running them in the background somewhere but i cannot find anything in the task manager. help please
