Hi, keep getting this message from system health report not too sure what to do about it A device has a configuration problem that prevents it from working properly.
Details: The device, ArcCtrl, is reporting "tv_ConfigMgrErr24". This device will not be available until the issue is resolved. The Plug and Play ID for this device is ROOT\LEGACY_ARCCTRL\0000
How can i fix this ?

You are probably using the ARCSoft TV usb adapter that does require drivers and software, and that your adapter is not compatible with your OS. It seems to infer Legacy mode which is Windows 98 devices. My ArcSoft TV usb adapter does not work with Windows 7 or Vista, only with XP.

You just can't delete references to it, you have to uninstall it. If the uninstall feature does not work then you have to select Repair in the option in Control Panel for that program otherwise re-install then wait for the option to Remove.
